6. SaaS Availability & Uptime Disclaimer
SparkOTL’s SaaS platforms are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and performance, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond SparkOTL’s control. Any uptime commitments, service levels, or remedies shall be governed exclusively by applicable SLAs defined in signed agreements.
